It is well known that rational approximation theory involves degenerate hyperge-ometric functions and, in particular, the Padé of exponential function closely related to Kummer hypergeometric functions. Recently, context study stability trivial solution delay-differential equations, a new link between and zeros distribution characteristic associated with linear equations was emphasized. Such allowed characterization property time-delay systems as multiplicity-induced-dominancy (MID), which opened direction designing low-complexity controllers for by using partial pole placement idea. In the present paper, we have established sufficient conditions for Gaus-sian hypergeometric functions to be in certain subclass of analytic univalent functions in the unit disc $mathcal{U}$. Furthermore, we investigate several mapping properties of Hohlov linear operator for this subclass and also examined an integral operator acting on hypergeometric functions.
